Jazz on Arts Axis Florida, powered by WUSF and Community Foundation Tampa Bay, serves as the central digital platform for Florida's vibrant jazz scene, dedicated to advertising and amplifying diverse musicians and venues that celebrate jazz music. Offering a comprehensive local events calendar, staff-curated Spotify playlists, video performances and interviews, and on-site assistance at jazz events, Jazz on Arts Axis Florida aims to enhance local accessibility to jazz and is dedicated to engaging younger audiences through online platforms.

Warren Buchholz is the Brand Manager for jazz music at WUSF where he leads jazz and spoken word offerings. He joined the WUSF team with experience in brand management, creative print and digital design, as well as management roles at USF St. Petersburg helping students connect to the growing St. Petersburg arts community.

    Jazz on Arts Axis Florida is the new brand of the Arts Axis Florida platform and is committed to showcasing the best of diverse, local jazz music throughout the state of Florida. Our goals are to advertise and amplify jazz content and create and capture new media for release through social media.  We hope to partner with musicians, non-profits, venues, and educators to curate lists of local events, venues where jazz music happens, education opportunities, and videos of performances and interviews.
