Musician/Band Submissions

Studio Sessions, produced by Jazz on Arts Axis Florida through WUSF and Community Foundation Tampa Bay, is looking to help local Florida musicians get gigs by providing complimentary professionally recorded videos of their songs. We are looking for local Florida musicians and bands to come into WUSF Studio B on the USF Tampa campus and video record a short 20-30 minute performance (3-5 songs) that will be archived on our website and shared through our social media channels.

Send your EPK, song samples, links to website and social profiles, and a short bio to Warren Buchholz at wbuchholz@wusf.org. Sending attachments may get your email filtered through our spam programs, so please try to send links to files. Please allow up to 14 business days for a response.

Please note: we are not a recording studio and are limited in what we can record. We specialize in acoustic/live recordings and will discuss through your performance logistics and load-in information. There are two tuned pianos in the space that you have access to but you must be able to bring the rest of your equipment.
